“Whose voice is this?” Wowzers that shook me to my core!!!! From the time I was 8 years old I have been listening to what others have said about me….. and believed it. Now at 55 I am realizing they are negative mental committee members that I have fead and tried to satisfy for far too long!!!
That’s such an honest reflection and huge. Seeing it that clearly at any age is rare. The voices become background noise over time, so noticing them is no small thing. That’s how presence starts to return.
